Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering SMTS in San Francisco, CA:
 

Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products. Master development process, culture, and code base, then improve it. Operate optimally in the hybrid engineering model where engineers are expected to be able to design and execute the vital work to ensure quality in own code as well as other engineers. Work closely with a team of engineers, product managers, user experience experts and performance engineers. Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes. Present designs to internal/external groups and review the designs of others. Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) JavaScript, CSS & HTML5 ; (2) QUnit; (3)  XML  ; (4) JSON; (5) Ajax; (6) TypeScript & ReactJS; (7) Flux & Redux; (8) Relay/GraphQL; (9) ReactNative; (10) Java, C++ & C#; (11) Ruby; (12) Python; (13) JUnit & JSUnit; (14) Selenium; and (15) Mocha. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Salary: $157,600.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,600 to $236,500.
