Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering SMTS in Burlington, MA:

Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Design and develop foundational security services running on containers deployed on multiple public cloud platforms. Deliver cloud infrastructure automation using specialized tools that work across cloud platforms. Build Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment solutions that can operate across cloud platforms. Work closely with the compliance, security, architecture and legal teams to identify, document and implement new code. Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovations that improve system availability, resilience, and performance. Collaborate with peers and mentor junior engineers. Help improve team processes within an Agile and highly dynamic team environment. Participate in the team's on-call rotation to address complex problems and keep services operational and highly available. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: Two years of expereince in the following: (1) Java; (2) Python; (3) Amazon Web Services Cloud; (4) Docker; (5) Kubernetes; (6) Microservices; (7) CI/CD pipelines; (8) Git; (9) Maven; (10) Spring Framework; (11) NoSQL databases; and (12) Relational databases. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
