We are looking for a motivated engineering manager who will help our team achieve these goals.

Role Description:

You are a seasoned engineering leader who can hit the ground running leading a high performing team doing innovative Salesforce on Salesforce work across multiple tech stacks including Salesforce, Javascript/Node, Java, Python and most recently Agentforce. You’re someone who can lead the team through a fast changing environment, helping the team prioritize work and pivot quickly while continuing to deliver high quality products and features.

Your Impact: 

• Lead a team of software engineers in developing integrations that automate business processes and unify systems across Salesforce.

• Manage a team of engineers responsible for building AI-based applications and agents, enabling employees to perform more of their daily tasks within Salesforce products such as Slack.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable test frameworks, release plans, and end-user documentation for applications and integrations.

• Collaborate with peers to draft, review, and provide feedback on technical design proposals.

• Provide on-call support, resolve critical issues, and manage incident response for services.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of leading engineering teams

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level applications

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans for software engineering initiatives

• Experience working with senior leaders to align technology strategy with business goals

• A deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Heroku and AWS, as well as experience managing and scaling large-scale distributed systems

• Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Node.JS, or Python

• Salesforce development experience is a plus

• A strong track record of writing clear and concise specifications, runbooks, and other documentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement
