We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager (SEM) to join our team and lead our Software Engineering teams to attain engineering excellence and commercial success, through cross-team collaboration and end-to-end initiative ownership.

As EROAD expands globally, we are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager (SEM) to lead and develop high-performing teams that deliver resilient and reliable software solutions, while continuously improving to meet market demands and delight our customers.

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring best practice design and implementation, championing DevOps principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience leading technical teams and 5+ years’ practical experience in software engineering or a related field. You come from the technology sector and possess skills such as:
- Proven experience in people leadership, team building, and career development.
- Extensive knowledge of agile and software development best practices.
- Technical proficiency in either Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), high scale,   SaaS, mobile, analytics and IoT.
- Strong stakeholder management with effective communication skills.
- Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycles and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strategic and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Global and/or growth company experience is preferred but not required.
