The Role:
DailyPay is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our growing Consumer Engineering Org for one of the front end engineering teams! The Engineering Manager will utilize technical skills to build products that are highly scalable and available to maintain DailyPay's leading role in the early wage access industry.
The mission of the team is creating the best user experience in the mobile and Web applications, building new products, to name a few of the activities teams in this area are delivering for both the Earned Wage Access products but also the Consumer Financial Solutions too. The Engineering Manager should be able to understand, enhance and build complicated payment workflows across various payment rails.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Design, develop, test, release, and scale new products, new features
- Participate in future product direction and help build engineering roadmap
- Contribute to coding, architecture for multiple projects and provide code reviews
- Encourage innovation and foster an environment of continuous improvement
- Communicate with stakeholders, product owners, other technologists, and users to create software based on an understanding of business and technical priorities

What You Bring to the Team:
- 7+ years experience building highly-scalable financial applications.
- 2+ years experience in a technical or team leadership role
- Experience in driving, executing, and delivering high-quality technical solutions
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong experience in developing and scaling web & Mobile applications in React Native and API's in Go or Java
- Good experience in building and maintaining large, tested, performant codebases.

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
Belfast Compensation Range
£78,000 - £105,000 GBP
