Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering LMTS in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Lead system design and development for the Data Quality Pipeline/System. Design and structure applications as collections of loosely coupled, independently deployable services. Create systems for real-time data processing. Maintain infrastructures on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead meetings to drive the refinement and implementation of new software systems. Balance live site management, feature delivery, and retirement of technical debt. Work with diverse development teams, ensuring cohesive efforts and streamlined communications. Troubleshooting and Bug Fixes, Service On-call & Service Support Q&A, and Code Reviews and Documentation. *Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Microservices Architecture (1 year); (2) Stream Processing (1 year); (3) Advanced Java Programming (1 year); (4) Infrastructure Automation (1 year); (5) Cloud Operations (1 year); (6) Project Initialization; (7) Testing; (8) API Development; (9) AWS; (10) Core Implementation; and (11) Strategic Alignment. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $167,300.00 - $253,000.00 per annum.
