Console gives IT teams trainable AI agents that can handle support requests directly in Slack, without needing a human-in-the-loop. Today, Console can automate 40-70% of the work that a tier 1 IT support agent would otherwise have to do, including things like: managing app access, password/MFA resets, laptop troubleshooting, IT Q&A, onboarding/offboarding, and more.

You can think of Console as the control panel for your entire organization. It plugs into all of your systems, understands all of your corporate policies & rules, and has the permissions to unblock employees in real time. About the role

We’re looking for a Full-stack engineer to join our team and help build a category-defining product, applying state-of-the-art AI techniques to automate complex IT workflows in the enterprise, and save businesses thousands of hours in wasted time.

You'll be working closely with our founders and customers to build the product infrastructure that powers features like our best-in-class IT support agent, our IT workflow orchestration systems, and a suite of powerful integrations.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We prefer working in-person and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

About you

  • You’re an individual with strong generalist technical skills, and you value a high degree of ownership and responsibility

  • You can drive feature development end-to-end, delighting users with great UX one day and building an efficient search index the next.

  • You've worked on complex systems at scale but are also comfortable building new products from scratch

  • You're passionate about AI and excited to develop foundational skills working with the technology to power the features that you will help build

  • You are excited to help define the technical and cultural foundation for a growing engineering team

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience, with a focus on AI/ML engineering

  • Comfortable working and contributing across the entire stack (Typescript/Node/React)

  • Obsessed with building incredible product experiences for users, and never happy with "good enough"

What We Do

Console helps IT teams automate support requests directly in Slack using AI that is trained on your existing KB, app matrix, company policies, etc. Anything that can't be automated is seamlessly handed off to a human agent in your existing help desk.

We're currently able to deflect 55%+ tickets across our customers, automating things like: access requests, KB search & surfacing, password / MFA resets, group management, team routing, etc.
