Position Overview
Autodesk Identity & Access Management team is seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual who loves to find and develop efficient, thoughtful solutions to various technical and product challenges. Our mission is to establish a reliable and scalable Identity and access management platform for all Autodesk products and services.
In this role, the focus will be on promoting a 'Platform First' philosophy, fostering the development of a platform that is cohesive, API-accessible, and ensures a uniform user experience. Furthermore, the role involves assisting in ensuring the Platform yields significant insights into customer product interactions, potentially leading to new revenue opportunities and customised user experiences As a valued member, you will work closely with senior engineers and product manager to build Access Control Management (ACM) as a platform - one of the key business enablers serving millions of Autodesk customers daily.
Responsibilities

Work effectively as a member of the organised agile team that builds, owns and runs the membership service as a platform

Contribute to all aspects of service development including back-end, DevOps, and quality

Assist in the operation of the service, e.g. monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and troubleshooting

Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into elegant implementations

Use the current system behaviour to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the scalability, reliability, usability, and security of the system
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
-
0-3 years of software engineering experience
-
Solid analysis and critical thinking
-
Committed to quality, including security and performance
-
Good understanding and clarify in OOP concepts and design patterns
-
Familiar with web services, including REST
-
Excellency and hands on experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Go-lang, Java, C#, Python

Familiarity with at least one of the SQL and NOSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Excellent grasp of basic tenets of computer programming

Passionate, adaptable, flexible, independent and self-motivated individual, who takes initiative and ownership of projects are desire

Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices

Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to debug technical issues involving multiple system components

Good understanding of testing best practices, automated build, and test cases

Good foundation in web application’s system and software performance metrics

Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud-native application development

Experience with AWS stack is a plus
