Job Responsibilities :
We're seeking a Software Engineer in FinTech proficient in C# and Angular, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines. This role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining innovative FinTech solutions while ensuring high standards of reliability and security.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be part of a high energy FinTech organization and contribute to the development of cutting-edge Financial Technology products
- Work closely with the cross-functional team members of product managers, designers, operations, and security professionals to collaboratively Design, Develop, Test, Deploy and Run cutting edge financial services products
- Be passionate about user experience, relentless about quality and have zero tolerance for production and security issues
- Responsible for activities involved in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance of enterprise, high-volume, transactional systems
- Develop effort estimates and plan implementation of products, based on requirement documents
- Work with the QC team to help design test plans and support testing tools and processes
- Create and maintain documentation as needed
- Stays abreast of current technology, new technological advances, and company standards
PREREQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development in high-energy, productive teams
- Strong proficiency of OOP concept, .NET Framework, .NET Core, T-SQL, Web API, MVC, C#/VB.Net, C++, and Angular
- Experience using common Source Code Management tools, such as SVN, GIT
- Experience in API and dependency integration.
- Ideally, experienced in building financial services products (payments, banking, insurance etc.)
- Ideally, experienced in building application with AWS services
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, along with quality team lead role
- Well organized and able to meet tight deadline with good quality
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, technically challenging environment with rapidly changing requirements
- Proven team player with a solid delivery track record of building cutting edge software products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional, confident, assertive
