  With minimal guidance, designs, develops, and implements software solutions for Huron’s enterprise applications. This includes proprietary solution development, packaged application enhancements, and application integrations.
·       Guides, directs, and oversees the work of Software Engineer and QA team members to complete projects and goals. Manages performance of assigned team members.
·       Guides and coaches the scrum team on use of agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products.
·       Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
·       Identifies, diagnoses, debugs, and resolves issues.
·       Documents and conveys problems, causes, and resolutions through company procedures, user guides, and requirements analysis.
·       Works with confidential and proprietary company and client data, ensures designs meet business compliance and security requirements.
·       Scopes projects with resources available, provides estimates on time to complete.
·       Works with varied team members and product management to evaluate requirements and propose solutions, able to independently research solution needs, limitations and impacts to ensure design meets all requirements.
·       Regularly collaborate and coordinate with Software Engineers and QA resources in multiple geographies.
·       Creates design documentation, proofs of concepts, and mock-ups to ensure requirements are captured.
·       Enforces and provides recommendations to team processes, policies, and methodology to improve delivery, quality and effectiveness.
·       Work on other projects and tasks as deemed necessary.
·       Work with and helps direct all roles in the SLDC, including business stakeholders, Business and System Analysts, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, Testing, and DevOps.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.

·       8+ years of industry experience. Knowledge of and experience programming in .NET technologies: C#,  .Net Core, Azure DevOps Pipelines, with strong understanding of OOPs basic concept. Strong knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.

·       2+ years of experience guiding and directing Software Engineering teams using an Agile development practices. Additional experience overseeing QA function is preferred.

·       Should have experience of conducting scrum ceremonies.

·       Development experience with custom solutions using REST, AWS Serverless, REACT/js. and OpenAPI.

·       Knowledge and experience following SDLC, Agile/Scrum project management process.

·       Specific knowledge of tools used to develop, install and maintain software applications, e.g. SQL Server Management Studio, TFS.

·       Self-starter; ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision. Ability to independently work through complex requests and determine solutions. Ability to guide and direct the work of others.

·       Successful experience working with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

·       Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

·       Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
