MatX is on a mission to be the compute platform for AGI. We are developing vertically integrated full-stack solutions from silicon to systems including hardware and software to train and run the largest ML workloads for AGI. We primarily use the Rust programming language.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software for our proprietary hardware architecture
- Provide insights and guidance on hardware architecture
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree by date of employment
- Possess outstanding software engineering skills with a focus on efficiency and performance
Preferences:
- Familiarity with SIMD programming, C, or assembly-level optimization, and familiarity with GPU kernels
- Familiarity with compilers such as LLVM
- Familiarity with ML models such as Transformers.
- Interest in building tools that people use
- Interest in languages, Rust maintenance, and library development
Compensation
- The US base salary for this full-time position is $120,000 - $200,000 + equity
