Job Description Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement software for automated inspection systems
- Document software designs and communication specifications
- Support and maintain existing machine software
- Interface with our customers or internal partners to gather requirements and solve problems
- Review the work of other developers
- Stay up to date on the latest software techniques and trends
- Other tasks as may be required from time to time.
Education and Experience Requirements
- BS Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
- 5+ years of industry experience working with multi-discipline engineering teams
- Experience in designing and implementing large-scale complex software applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Git source control tools
- Experience with writing software APIs and working with customers or internal partners to integrate APIs
- Experience with user interface design and implementation with xaml-based UI framework, like WPF, WinUI and Maui
- Proficiency in C++ and C# programming

- Proficient in Agile Software Development Methods
- Ability to give and take work direction in a team environment
- Team player with strong integrity
- Process oriented with strong attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have Skills and Abilities
- Experiences in Python and machine learning frameworks
- Knowledge and experience in SMT and semiconductor inspection equipment
- Experience in database and data model design
