TAM Intelliware, part of the Fullsteam organization, is a team of dedicated technical professionals serving the Non-Profit, Healthcare, Parks and Attractions, and Specialty Retail sectors. We focus on delivering technologies, expertise, and support that enhance business operations and patron experiences.
We are seeking a UI/UX-focused developer to help redesign and improve the usability of our legacy Windows and web applications. This role is ideal for someone with a background in UI/UX design who has experience working on form-based desktop or web applications and can collaborate closely with developers to implement designs. Some .NET experience—particularly WinForms or WebForms—is expected.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to reimagine interfaces for legacy applications.
- Redesign workflows, layouts, and controls with usability and accessibility in mind.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq).
- Assist with implementing designs in WinForms and WebForms (VB.NET/C#), working alongside senior developers.
- Participate in usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, especially for business software interfaces.
- Experience designing or improving form-based UIs (desktop or web).
- Familiarity with .NET applications, ideally WinForms or WebForms.
- Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Working knowledge of DevExpress or Infragistics UI components is a plus.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of UI/UX experience (internships or coursework count).
- Experience with at least one design tool (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
- Basic familiarity with .NET (C# or VB.NET), especially in WinForms or WebForms context.
- Portfolio or samples of UI/UX design work (can be academic or conceptual).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with DevExpress or Infragistics components.
- Exposure to HTML/CSS or JavaScript a plus (but not required).
- Experience working with legacy software or enterprise tools.
