Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our AI Platform Team. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field and a strong background in designing and building AI-driven systems. This role will focus on developing scalable AI infrastructure, optimizing deep learning pipelines, and deploying robust machine learning solutions in production environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure.
- Build and maintain high-performance, distributed systems for AI model training and inference.
- Develop and implement novel algorithms to improve AI model efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI research into production environments.
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance of AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and software engineering.
Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proficiency in distributed computing and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, model optimization, and neural network deployment.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL workflows, and large-scale data processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: 150k-180k
