Job Description

Shape the future: You are designing and implementing modern software designs and mobile applications in an international environment; You are participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment;

Create new things: You are contributing to the successful lifecycle for a variety of Software Applications with the implementation of new features and enhancing existing applications;

Creativity and leeway: You are responsible of shaping the software architecture for a variety of products and ensuring the software quality and security according to development guidelines and processes;

Take responsibility: You are working in an independent and agile self-organized Scrum team in a fast-paced delivery environment;

Holistic thinking: Demonstrated ability for holistic thinking and problem-solving, considering the broader implications of mobile development within the automotive services landscape.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering; or equivalent with programming experience
- Java, Kotlin is highly desired.
- Experience with .NET; In specific knowledge in the frameworks ASP.NET, .NET MAUI and Xamarin;
- Experience with mobile development or cross-platform development.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience with the technologies mentioned above.
- Structured and solution oriented working style. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks as well as staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You are inspired for working on Automotive and Mobile technologies and motivated to grow and share your knowledge base on the latest technologies, industry standardization, and engineering best practices.
Candidates must live in the Kalamazoo or Plymouth area.
