Software Engineer Java/Scala
Job Description
Inallmedia is seeking an experienced Java and Scala Developer to join our team and manage the maintenance of jobseeker demographic data and related use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern development technologies and tools, along with extensive experience in database management and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize systems managing jobseeker demographic data, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Develop and maintain applications using Java and Scala to address related use cases.
- Implement data processing solutions using Apache Spark and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and Aurora DB.
- Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, including EMR Cluster, S3, and Glue for data management and processing.
- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Terraform.
- Monitor and analyze application performance using Datadog.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with the mentioned technologies.
- Advanced experience in Java, Scala, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot and Apache Spark.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Aurora DB.
- Experience with AWS EMR Cluster, AWS S3, and AWS Glue.
- Experience in automating infrastructure with Terraform.
- Experience using Datadog for application monitoring and analysis.
- Skill in developing user interfaces with React.
Nice-To-Have Requirements:
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective technical decision-making.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
- Prior experience in maintaining and optimizing large-scale data systems is a plus.
Education and Experience::
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience with jobseeker data management systems is advantageous.
