Job Description
As an iOS Engineer in the Financing Mobile Engineering Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Financing-related products on Traveloka’s iOS platform. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, product managers, designers, data analysts, and QA engineers to deliver seamless, high-performance iOS applications that enhance our customer-facing experiences.
Responsibilities you will take on in this role:
- Translating product and design requirements into high-quality, scalable, and performant iOS applications using the latest iOS frameworks and best practices.
- Conducting technical assessments and impact analyses for product and technical initiatives.
- Maintaining app reliability and implementing incremental improvements across our customer-facing iOS apps.
- Writing, testing, and debugging robust, maintainable Swift code that adheres to engineering excellence standards.
- Delivering iOS solutions independently while collaborating closely with all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university.
- 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
- Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C is mandatory.
- Strong experience with iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM-C.
- Strong understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple’s iOS development ecosystem.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, including Grand Central Dispatch (GCD) and Combine/async-await.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with performance optimization and memory management for iOS apps is a plus.
