As a Software Engineer III you will:
- Will operate under occasional direction of a technical lead, setting priorities and goals while learning and growing technically.
- Continually growing capabilities and strengthening independence, writing software, and being able to analyze and solve increasingly complicated problems.
- Full knowledge of the TCP Software Development Lifecycle. Intermediate TCP product knowledge.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Ability to understand requirements and solve technical issues with minimal supervision.
- 2-4 Years of relevant experience
- Seen as a strong individual contributor within the team. Able to serve as a Team Lead.
- With limited guidance from a technical lead, conducts complex work assignment. Full understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Mid-level product and high technical knowledge required.
- Full knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
