We are seeking experienced engineers to join our Growth group and work closely with our product and marketing teams in order to scale our acquisition channels and drive our growth.

As a member of the Growth group, you will be responsible for finding and crafting growth opportunities for monday.com. By developing features end-to-end for clients and servers, you will help to constantly improve core metrics of the company such as Activation, Engagement, Monetization and more. You'll be finding opportunities using data and growth methodologies, including running experiments on extensive areas of our product

About The Role:

• Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in an environment with cutting-edge technologies.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Analysis, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Data Analysis and Insights - Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Experimentation and Optimization - Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize the product, user experience, and conversion funnels, driving continuous improvements.
• Technical Implementation - Implement technical solutions to support growth strategies, such as AI, Growth infrastructure, performance enhancements, code optimization, microservice architecture, integration of marketing tools, and more…
• Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting - Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report on growth initiatives' performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• User Experience Enhancement - Identify areas for improvement in the user experience and implement strategies to increase user engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience.
• Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
• Passion for both client-side and server-side development
• A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
• Problem solver: Has the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Impact-driven, user and business oriented.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and mindset of “get things done”.
• Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people)
