The Role: Software Engineer - Frontend
We’re building tools that change how people work with sports data — turning complex, manual workflows into simple, smart interfaces powered by automation. As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll design and develop the dashboards, controls, and data visualizations that bring that transformation to life.
Using React and Next.js, you’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and AI systems to deliver polished, responsive user experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to influence UX from the ground up and help build software that’s genuinely useful, helping operations teams do more with less effort and fewer errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js.
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to create user-focused tools that leverage AI automation.
- Design intuitive user experiences that make complex workflows feel simple and actionable.
- Integrate APIs and AI-driven services into front-end apps to power real-time decision-making.
- Ensure applications are performant, responsive, and accessible across a variety of devices.
- Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Expertise in React and Next.js frameworks.
- Experience working closely with backend APIs and integrating AI/automation features into UIs.
- Understanding of component-driven development, performance optimization, and modern JavaScript tooling.
- Familiarity with deployment in AWS environments and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing tools or dashboards for internal operations teams
- Knowledge of data visualization or real-time data display patterns.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and how they can be surfaced in intuitive ways through UI.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes/EKS environments or full-stack development.
