As a Software Engineer on the Borrower Acquisition Team, you’ll be at the heart of improving borrower engagement by building and scaling our communications platform. Your work will ensure that we reach the right borrowers, with the right message, at the right time—helping them navigate financial challenges with confidence.
Your Impact

Develop and Enhance: Contribute to building a communications engine that uses data and machine learning to tailor communications, driving engagement and improving key metrics.

Scale and Optimize: Work on designing and implementing a robust communication infrastructure capable of handling large volumes of interactions, ensuring high performance, and integrating new communication channels.

Improve Transparency: Help build tools that provide visibility into communication strategies, enabling clients, compliance, and internal teams to understand outreach efforts better.

Collaborate and Grow: Partner with cross-functional teams, take on increasing responsibilities, and support the continuous improvement of the platform and your own technical growth.

Our compensation range for the Senior Software Engineer role is $160,000 to $190,000. We determine the final package by considering experience, applicable education and training, and relevant skills derived throughout our interview process.
