Job Title: Backend Software Developer

Job Description:At Inallmedia, we are looking for a talented Backend Software Developer to join our team within the project stream. In this role, you will be responsible for distributing leads to functional teams for our client, measuring success using control groups, and collaborating with other engineers to enhance and expand our system. If you have a passion for API development and prefer focusing on software engineering work rather than data engineering or analytics/BI, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Distribute leads to the functional teams for our client within the project workflow.
- Measure the success of lead distributions using control groups.
- Add new features to the sales lead delivery project.
- Improve the quality of the workflow within the project and collaborate on future system improvements.
- Provide system support to stakeholders as situations arise.
- Manage manual rep configuration adjustments and develop tools for the self-service of rep configuration.
- Collaborate with other engineers to optimize and expand the existing system.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in software development.
- Frontend: Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Programming: Proficient in Python, with experience in web frameworks like Flask.
- Databases: Familiarity with SQLAlchemy, PyMySQL, and MongoDB.
- APIs: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and other deployment tools.
