The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate opening for a software development manager/scrum master to lead a team of approximately 7 developers/analysts working on a small portfolio of systems. The team’s primary focus is the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new MRP system that will streamline our organization as it consolidates 6 business units and retires 9 legacy systems in favor of a single platform. The candidate will help us transition to a formal Agile methodology and will manage the teams’ sprints, ensuring on-time completion of all tasks. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and will be able to learn and enforce best practices in our development environments.

Job Responsibilities:
• This position has responsibility for maintaining a system that contains or is directly exposed to ITAR/CUI. US Citizenship required.
• Work closely with the solution architect, customer stakeholders, and business analysts to understand the team’s tasking and schedule work as appropriate.
• Create project plans and schedules.
• Manager/Scrum Master for a team of 4-8 direct reports.
• Track the team’s performance in completing tasks, and remove impediments as needed.
• Use Azure DevOps to track work items, manage code, and perform builds/releases.
• Assist in incident resolution and administration of systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 10+ years related work experience.
• 7+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience managing Developers.
• Scrum Master experience.
• Experience in estimating work effort and creating project schedules.
• Software development background or strong technical aptitude
• Experience in the Agile Methodology.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Prior Development background
• Must be able to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK or Chantilly, VA
Desired:
• Prior experience with MRP and/or Procurement systems.
• Experience with SalesForce.
• Experience with Web Services.
• C# or other .NET development experience.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or a Scrum Master Certification.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
