The Software Development Manager takes charge of guiding a dynamic team of Software Developers, Integration/Database Engineers, System Architects, and Product Analysts dedicated to the design, integration, and maintenance of innovative applications.
The Software Development Manager also emphasizes the use of automation tools to develop systems that are not only reliable and scalable but also secure and user-friendly. Acting as the key technical liaison between DATAMARK and both Internal and External customers,
The Software Development Manager ensures that all technical requirements are met with precision. Furthermore, the Software Development Manager will assess system design and architecture, offering recommendations and overseeing any necessary redesigns to keep our software solutions at the forefront of the BPO industry. Success in this role will be assessed based on the candidate's capability to deliver high-quality software products that are on time, within budget, and encompass all specified features.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software design/development/integration role (full stack developer); specifically in design/coding/programming
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position, leading a Software and DB team (preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following programming languages: C#, C#.NET, C++ and development frameworks
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
