The Software Development Manager will be responsible for the design, integration, and maintenance of innovative applications, emphasizing the use of automation tools to develop systems that are reliable, scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Guide a team dedicated to creating cutting-edge applications.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the key technical liaison between Datamark and both internal and external customers, ensuring all technical requirements are met with precision.
- System Design & Architecture: Assess system design and architecture, offering recommendations and overseeing necessary redesigns to keep our software solutions at the forefront of the BPO industry.
- Automation Focus: Emphasize the use of automation tools to enhance system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Project Management: Deliver high-quality software products on time, within budget, and encompassing all specified features.

The ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 7+ years in software design, development, and integration roles (full stack developer), with a focus on design, coding, and programming.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ in a leadership position, managing both people and projects.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in one or more programming languages such as C#, C#.NET, C++, and development frameworks.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proven Track Record: History of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team Motivation: Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.
