Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful performance of the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Designing and developing SAP Fiori applications based on business requirements.
- Customizing Fiori apps using SAP Fiori elements, UI5 libraries, and SAPUI5 controls.
- Integrating Fiori applications with SAP backend systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP).
- Implementing Fiori Launchpad configurations, tiles, and catalogs.
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Fiori applications.
- Conducting performance tuning and optimization of Fiori applications.
- Providing technical expertise and support to stakeholders during all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Keeping up-to-date with SAP Fiori and UI5 development trends and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Fiori Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP Fiori elements, and OData services.
- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori architecture and guidelines.
- Experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of SAP backend integration and SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- SAP Fiori certification.
- Experience with Fiori app deployment and Fiori apps extensibility.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform services (SCP).

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
