About the Role
The Reconciliation Product team is building critical financial products that ensure the accuracy and completeness of Remitly’s financial data and are keystone to our company wide financial statements. You will build software to automate daily reconciliation processes reconciling millions of transactional events against partner data with a focus on reducing time and operational overhead within Finance teams replacing recurring manual business processes. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager, based in Poland.
You Will

Implement new features and maintain existing systems,

Partner with other engineers, conduct code reviews,

Participate in scrum meetings, refine tasks, provide estimates,

Collaborate with the Reconciliation team on monthly and yearly deliverables for Month End Close.
You Have
-
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience,
-
1+ years of software development experience or equivalent,

Knowledge of any general purpose languages like Go, Java, Kotlin, C#, and bonus point for familiarity with Go,

Ability to collaborate and work as a team,

Understanding of software development practices, system design, software design patterns, and algorithms.
Compensation Details: The base salary range for this position is typically 192 000 PLN - 216 000 PLN gross yearly. Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan. Your recruiter can share more information.
