Job Description

Adobe Learning Manager stands at the forefront of the rapidly expanding eLearning market, serving diverse needs such as customer and partner education, sales enablement, and employee skill development. Our unified, scalable platform is transforming the learning experience worldwide with AI/ML-powered intuitive workflows.

Position Summary:
We seek innovative and passionate server-side developers having a bachelor’s degree with a keen interest and practical experience in designing and implementing low-latency, high-performance, user-centric SaaS applications

Responsibilities:
1. Owning a feature from conception to delivery:
a. Engage with customers and product management teams (co-located in Bangalore) to understand the need and design an innovative solution.
b. Elaborating the feature scope through competition analysis, research on recent technologies and trends to deliver the best-in-class and often next-in-class solutions and iteratively work with customers to finesse the solution.
3. Writing use cases, preparing HLD, LLD, performance models, effort estimation and planning.
5. Designing the feature, coding and stabilization of the feature.
2. Handling non-functional requirements like performance, memory leaks, memory errors, not just at the feature level but, analyses its impact at the solution level as well. 
3. Participate in the evolution of best practices.
 
Requirements:
1. 6 - 10 years of experience in development of Web technologies in server side using Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat, Databases (MySQL, PostGres) etc
2. Experience on working on a customer focused, large sized SaaS product
3. Working knowledge of current trends and technologies in server side
4. Write solid, optimized, code in Java that follows the best practices.

5. Working knowledge of AWS, Azure or Google cloud

6. Familiarity with TDD and tools like JUnit, Mockito etc.

7. Exposure to GenAI technologies
8. Understanding of OO concepts.
9. Good computer science fundamentals & deep data structures knowledge.
10. Good problem solving skills.
11. Passionate about solving interesting problems for customers, eager to explore new grounds in technology and user experience. 
12. Display a readiness to walk “unchartered” territory with a deep sense of curiosity, appetite for risk and perseverance to solve problems.
