We are a dynamic, dedicated, and focused team. As a Full stack engineer, you will contribute to the development of the Marketo’s flagship Lead Management suite and related applications.

THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN SAN JOSE, CANDIDATES MUST BE IN THE BAY AREA.
What you’ll do
- You will write code that is optimal, documented, tested, and gives performance and scalability priority
- You will be troubleshooting legacy software problems in legacy PHP code
- Work with customer support team to solve customer issues
- Learn from and participate in technical talks around standard methodologies for software development
- Consume backend data services and contribute to improving existing data access APIs
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related subject area or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience designing and developing large scale Web applications with high availability and reliability, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot, understand, and solve legacy software problems
- Strong understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and web-based technologies
- Experience with SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to work multi-functionally with other teams
Pluses:
- Experience with DevOps Cloud deployment tools such as Docker, K8S
- Some knowledge or experience with Java
- Experience with Splunk
- Experience with one or more JavaScript UI toolkits, such as ReactJS, AngularJS, JQuery, ExtJS, EmberJS, BackboneJS, etc.
- Experience with common open-source application/web servers like Tomcat, NodeJS, Nginx, Apache
- Experience with a version control system (Git preferred, SVN, Perforce, or CVS experience acceptable)
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $93,200 -- $170,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
