Software Developer Trainee - Tampere (Fixed-term, summer 2025)

We're now looking for Software Developer Trainees to join M-Files Product Development team in Tampere, Finland.

At M-Files, we are developing a metadata-driven document management platform that enables knowledge workers to instantly find the right information in any context, automate business processes, and enforce information control. Our mission is to improve how our customers do business in the digital, work-from-anywhere world. We aim to be one of the world's leading SaaS technology companies within five years.

As a Software Developer Trainee, you will be able to participate in M-Files product and add-on development and maintenance. We have the latest technologies in use, which provide you valuable working experience. The help of your own tutor, the team of experts and our excellent induction program will ensure that you'll get the best possible start for your work as a trainee.

We do not set a huge list of requirements for you. You should be pursuing or have completed a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, or another technical field. Knowing object-oriented programming principles and one of the coding languages, such as C++, C#, or TypeScript with React, is enough. The most important thing is that you are curious and eager to learn and develop together with others in a truly international company.

This is a paid fixed-term contract for three to four months, starting in May 2025 (start date can be agreed).
The salary will depend on your study credits and will range between 2200-2880 EUR/month.
We are not sponsoring relocation for the role and will not consider applicants outside of Finland.
