How You’ll Contribute:
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the system, defining the technological roadmap for scalable growth.
- Conceptualize and lead new features and products, develop POCs, and manage their implementation.
- Develop architecture solutions for current and future needs, addressing technical challenges and preparing for company growth.
- Dive into the code to solve cross-team issues and provide hands-on technical expertise
- Establish and maintain organizational best practices, ensuring high-quality development processes.
What makes you a fit?
- Extensive experience in system engineering and architecture, with proven expertise in building scalable and redundant systems.
- Hands-on experience with technologies like:
Cloud-native infrastructure: AWS (or GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker., Linux,
Programming languages: Python, Rust, Javascript
Data management and analytics technologies - PostgreSQL, ClickHouse (or Snowflake/Presto), TimescaleDB, Redis, ELK, RabbitMQ, Quickwit
Data processing Frameworks such as Dagster, Flink, Spark, or similar, GraphQL.
Message Brokers - RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Familiarity with web applications, cybersecurity principles, and open-source technologies
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
