Your day at NTT DATA
The Software Applications Development Engineer is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for developing new applications and improving upon existing applications based on the needs of the internal organization and / or external clients.
What you'll be doing
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop portals & solutions with high performance
- Translate product requirements to relevant features presented to the end-user
- Maintain and enhance existing implementation as necessary to support customer's requirements
- Research and develop new technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Familiar with web application development
- Good knowledge on programming methodology
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding, fast paced environment and deliver ideas
- Work independently as well as in a team
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and looking for rapid learning capability
- Existing languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries like React, Database like Oracle, SQL
- Knowledge on Java, Jenkins, Integration Testing and other Server Technologies would be a plus
