  • Channel Management Support: Assist in managing brand social media channels, ensuring content is formatted correctly and optimized for platform-specific best practices.

  • Community Development & Engagement: Support the development of loyal social media communities across platforms, assisting in managing influencer relationships and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives to foster brand advocacy.

  • Project Management Support: Help organize meetings with internal and external teams to coordinate content planning, timelines, and deliverables. Track the progress of social media campaigns and ensure all milestones are met.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners throughout the content development process to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Metrics Reporting Assistance: Collaborate with the analytics team to gather data and provide insights for monthly performance reports, helping to refine future content strategies.

  • Platform Best Practices: Assist in maintaining relationships with social platform partners, learning from best practices, and staying informed on innovative content strategies.

  • Brand Consistency: Help ensure that all content on social platforms reflects the correct brand tone, voice, and messaging.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends in social media to support the development of timely and relevant content strategies.

  • Global Coordination Support: Assist in aligning content sharing strategies across global teams, ensuring content resonates in multiple markets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media, campaign support, or community management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

  • Platform Expertise: Familiarity with major social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and an understanding of best practices for engaging content on these platforms.

  • Creative Passion: A strong understanding of brand tone and language, with the ability to create content that is aligned with the brand's voice.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Collaboration: A team-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
