Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and current social media presence.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement customized social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Platform Optimization: Provide recommendations and implement best social media platforms and practices to achieve clients’ objectives.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to social media influencers to build partnerships and promote clients’ brands.
- Revenue Sharing Partnerships: Develop and manage revenue-sharing partnerships with influencers and other strategic partners.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics, tools, and provide regular reports to clients with actionable insights.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive.
- Sponsor Integration: integrate sponsorship elements into social media video streams (YouTube, Facebook)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development is a plus.
