Responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and publish a social media content calendar.
  • Manage content translation, publishing, and SEO for the Arabic website.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on social media channels.
  • Analyze, review, and regularly report on social media marketing activities.
  • Assist regional teams and agencies with content planning and reporting.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of Infobip competitors.
  • Align social media and content strategies with product marketing, brand, and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Support the development, management, and growth of the company’s social media presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube, as well as exploring potential new channels.
  • Strengthen the IB brand and engage the community on social media by creating creative and engaging content.
  • Plan and publish content for employees to share on their social media channels (employee advocacy).
  • Brief the production of visual solutions for social media content plans.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and formats, sharing relevant insights with internal teams
     

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media and marketing within IT or a comparable technology-driven industry.
  • Proven experience in creating and publishing posts to promote products and services and humanize the brand by showcasing employees.
  • Expertise in creating tot leadership content for social media.
  • Experience supporting brand positioning on social media channels.
  • Proficiency in publishing, tracking, and optimizing brand awareness campaigns on social media.
  • Strong experience in creating and monitoring social media performance reports.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, HTML, and web traffic metrics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and CMS platforms, such as WordPress.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Arabic.
