About Us
The Global Digital Hub has been newly established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.
The Opportunity
As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure the fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub's long-term outcomes and strategy as well as the excellent delivery of our Social Media priorities. You will be responsible for supporting and executing different Social Media initiatives, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and assisting them in further developing their social media performance. You will ensure they leverage the available digital tools to meet their overall goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Publishing paid and organic content on social media platforms.
- Understanding and managing social media campaigns and/or channels, supporting other digital channels’ initiatives, and ensuring a cohesive and enjoyable experience for the customer.
- Identifying unmet needs and suggesting new Social Media tactics to business partners to reach program goals.
- Ensuring campaign implementation and channel strategy follow organizational guidelines.
- Business Process Management: Establish process governance principles and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility as a center of excellence.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in global social media management, proficient in channel management, audience-centric strategies, social media tools, and managing agencies. Experience with advertisement platforms, strong in social metrics, content strategies for major platforms, and project management.
- Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Creative thinking for innovative content.
- Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, community moderation, and handling complex issues independently.
- Quick learner with a passion for technology, flexible with tools, and adept at adopting new technologies.
