As the Social Media Producer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s social presence by creating high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with our audience. You’ll collaborate with our Social Media Manager, Social Community Management Coordinator and creative team to craft innovative content, produce engaging videos, and stay ahead of trends. We trust that as a Social Media Specialist you will: (responsibilities)
- Content Creation: Develop, shoot, edit, and publish social media content (videos, graphics, and photos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Campaign Execution: Work with the Social Media Manager to execute and optimize social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging.
- Real-Time Content: Produce quick-turnaround content for trending topics, live events, and breaking news moments.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies, improving reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all content.
- Platform Growth: Strategize and execute initiatives to increase followers and reach across all social media channels, leveraging tools and tactics to grow our audience bases effectively.

About you:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Producer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video production, editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, or similar), and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique content needs (e.g., short-form videos for TikTok and Reels, carousels for Instagram).
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brand Watch, Google Analytics, Meta).
- Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills with a knack for creating compelling content.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your social media content and campaigns.
- On-Camera experience

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
