What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help elevate the online presence of our CEO and Founder of BeatStars, the world’s leading music marketplace. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic individual to shape the personal brand of a leader in music, tech, and philanthropy, driving meaningful engagement across platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Content Creation & Editing: Turn our extensive library of video content into compelling, short-form content for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with a focus on storytelling and audience connection.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies tailored to grow and engage the CEO’s online audience.
  • Channel Management: Manage multiple social media platforms, including post creation, scheduling, and community interaction.
  • Audience Engagement: Foster relationships with followers by actively responding to comments, messages, and community questions.
  • Email & SMS List Management: Curate and broadcast engaging messaging across email newsletters, SMS, and other direct audience communication channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure ongoing growth.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Who You Are:

  • A creative storyteller with a proven ability to cut, edit, and craft high-quality short-form video content that captures attention.
  • A social media strategist with experience managing personal brands for executives, influencers, or high-profile individuals.
  • A skilled communicator with strong writing and editing abilities.
  • Analytical and results-oriented, able to interpret data and adjust content strategies for maximum engagement.
  • Passionate about music, tech, and social impact—a bonus if you’ve worked in these spaces.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior success in elevating the personal brands of executives, artists, or industry leaders.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the music creator economy and tech industries.
