What You’ll Be Responsible For

As Social Media Manager, you will own the brand presence for a portfolio of 5–8 personal brand aesthetic clients. This is both a strategic and execution-heavy role. You'll be responsible for making their content go viral, aligning their brand voice, and using social platforms to drive real business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Account Ownership: You’re the quarterback. From content direction to reporting, you’re the main point of contact and performance leader.
  • Growth-Focused Content Strategy: Design and implement viral content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
  • Creative Direction for Film Days: Build scripts and shot lists, lead the shoot, and ensure footage is maximized post-filming.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with editors, designers, and interns to execute content at scale—on time, every time.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Weekly reporting on engagement, reach, and conversions. Adjust strategy based on what’s working.
  • Client Communication: Be proactive, direct, and insightful in all client interactions. Your confidence is part of the value.
  • Platform Mastery: Stay on the bleeding edge of what’s working across social. Your understanding of virality and algorithms should outpace 99% of marketers.

You Are a Fit If…

  • You’ve led and managed a team before—interns, creators, editors, or strategists. You know how to delegate, hold standards, and drive outcomes, not just tasks.
  • You’ve directly interfaced with clients—and know how to hold your ground, present results, and lead calls with confidence.
  • You’ve managed multiple client accounts at once and know how to juggle priorities without dropping balls or compromising quality.
  • You have 2+ years of proven social media management experience (brand or agency side).
  • You’ve consistently driven high engagement on content— You can point to videos or posts that pulled 10%+ engagement rates or cracked 100k+ views with intent (not luck). You know how to manufacture attention, not just ride trends.
  • You understand what actually makes content go viral—and can break it down.
  • You’re organized under pressure and thrive when you’re owning multiple deadlines.
  • You get tasks done—fast, without babysitting, and without excuses.
  • You want to win, and you don’t care how much work it takes to get there.
  • You think in content frameworks, not content calendars.
  • You’re excited by our mission and want to play in a high-performance, zero-fluff team.

  • You've led multiple film sessions that generated high-performing reels/TikToks.
  • Your clients love working with you—and you’ve earned trust through results.

  • You're leading internal trainings.
  • You’ve helped generate quantifiable ROI (leads, reach, bookings) for your clients.
  • You’re setting the bar for content performance and speed inside the org.
