We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager/Lead for one of our investment products (B2C AI product)The product is revolutionizing the world of AI role-playing apps in the USA market. The product is the fastest-growing service of its kind, creating digital companions who bring your wildest dreams to life.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Developing content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter.
  • Creating and scheduling engaging content.
  • Engaging with followers and managing community interactions.
  • Collaborating with influencers for brand partnerships.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and voice.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for integrated marketing efforts.

We expect from you:

  • Sales through Social media: check business metrics they had (CPA, Regs/Clicks)
  • Proficiency and refined skills in working with metrics.
  • Experience in SMM for major brands or products with active audiences, preferably in the IT or AI sectors.
  • Proven social media marketing skills (Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Discord), with demonstrated success in increasing engagement and popularity of accounts, including experience with influencer and media-based promotion.
  • Knowledge of social platform algorithms, particularly IG and Twitter, with the ability to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Experience using SMM analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) to track KPIs: engagement, follower growth, mentions, traffic, and sales.
  • Understanding of PR strategies and experience in media relations, especially promoting through major U.S. and European media outlets.
  • Experience in developing content marketing strategies and driving traffic using a combination of SMM and PR activities.
  • Experience in building and managing communities on Reddit and Discord, with proven results in growing server activity and popularity.
  • Content copywriting and creativity skills, with the ability to generate content that attracts audience attention and elicits positive feedback.
