Social Media Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager who is excited to build and lead a modern organic social media program that supports Vectra AI’s brand awareness, thought leadership, and campaign goals. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Communications, this role will shape the voice of Vectra AI across key platforms, create programs that elevate our presence in the cybersecurity and AI space, and manage day-to-day publishing. You’ll be a key player in developing standout social moments—from executive LinkedIn strategies to product and research launches—and ensuring our content contributes meaningfully to the company’s larger marketing objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy to increase engagement, audience growth and brand visibility across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Proactively develop new social media programs that elevate Vectra AI’s brand presence – such as executive visibility plans, campaign series or community engagement initiatives – and lead them from concept to execution.
- Work closely with the Director of Brand & Communications to develop integrated social campaigns that align with larger promotional strategies around product releases, research reports, and key company narratives.
- Develop, manage, and execute a dynamic content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and strategic content across priority channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and balance many requests while ensuring content goes out accurately and on time.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategy, optimize content, and grow key engagement metrics.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within the technology or AI industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, concise content for diverse audiences.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, tight processes, and rigorous content tracking.
- Highly fluent in the social media landscape, especially Twitter/X, with experience managing large brand accounts and real-time content publishing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, balancing the needs of multiple teams while ensuring content accuracy and timely delivery.
- Experience working in a global organization with a diverse audience.
