About the Job:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and accomplished Social Media Manager that is interested in the Employee Benefits space. The individual will be working with the executive leadership of the company to create, edit, and distribute social media content such as thought leadership articles, social posts, video, and more. 


The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking complex ideas and distilling them down into tangible and engaging pieces of social content. The candidate should have experience with major social media platforms, content library management, and content production. 


The candidate will be located in the Boise, Idaho metro area, and is able to work remotely. 


Job Expectations:

  • Produce engaging social media content (Static/Graphic/Video) with lightning fast turnaround times
  • Engage with executives to help distill ideas into content
  • Maintain and own the social post calendar
  • Edit existing content and produce de novo content
  • Ability to navigate Google Suite - Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Slides and Gmail
  • Detail oriented


Qualifications:

  • Deep experience working in social media platforms
  • Social video production and editing experience
  • Expertise in tools like Figma / InDesign
  • Ability to work directly with designers as needed
  • Deep copywriting and content skills 
  • Located in Boise, Idaho metro area
  • Part Time- as needed
