Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive social media distribution to enhance our brand's online presence, engage our audience, and drive meaningful interactions across various platforms. This position requires a good understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices, coupled with exceptional creative and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Run social media campaigns aligned with our brand voice to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement across all relevant platforms
• Help create and curate engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with our target audience and encourages interaction
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
• Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner
• Stay informed about platform updates and new social media tools to continuously optimize our social media presence

Who are you?

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes in the social media landscape. In addition:

• 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proven track record of growing social media audiences and improving engagement metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media analytics tools. Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
