IN A NUTSHELL
The Global Social Media Manager Gaming is responsible for proactively managing all aspects of Gaming content on managed channels (social media channels) and building brand love and attribution by engaging new and existing consumers more often and for longer periods of time with differentiated, authentic and owned content linked to our Gaming marketing assets (Red Bull players, events, partners). You'll be responsible for providing social media and content expertise to complement and develop the global marketing mix in partnership with Gaming Marketing, with the aim of inspiring our consumers with our content and stories.
IDEATE
In your role, you’ll drive and enable greater ambition, differentiated content, credible brand attribution and growth in Red Bull Gaming channels to increase engagement and viewership. One of your key responsibilities will be to identify and develop new story angles for existing projects and recurring content opportunities (player projects, content projects, events, etc.)
PLANNING & EXECUTION
You’ll develop and execute a content calendar aligned with major gaming events (1st and 3rd party), tentpole initiatives, and new game launches that we have partnership with as well as evergreen weekly plans.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Last but not least, you’ll be in charge of upleveling the quality of our work in social media to increase earned impact to ours channels by consistently delivering highly engaging content achieves high community satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in content creation/briefing, campaign management and social media in gaming and/or esports.
Lives and breathes gaming & esports media and has excellent industry knowledge.
Strong understanding of how to create and programme video content for audiences on TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Twitch.
Experience in briefing and leading the creation of long-form and short-form content, with attention to detail and relentlessly high standards.
Team player with project management skills, strong planning, project execution and analytical skills.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
