We're looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Social Media Lead to own and scale Lusha's Organic Social strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building engaged communities, creating compelling content, and turning internal expertise into thought leadership that sparks conversations.

How you'll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Build and execute Lusha's LinkedIn strategy to grow reach, engagement, and follower base
  • Maintain and develop secondary channels such as Youtube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and others, creating a 360° experience for our target audience
  • Develop and manage a structured content calendar with a focus on thought leadership, customer stories, product insights, and industry trends, both text and video formats are key to the success of our social activity
  • Proactively source internal stories from across the company-working with Sales, Product, CS, and Leadership to surface unique insights
  • Craft compelling posts that break through the noise, educate, and inspire our audience
  • Engage directly with our audience, responding to comments, participating in conversations, following industry trends, and identifying community engagement opportunities
  • Interview customers and users to create authentic, story-driven content that resonates.
  • Monitor performance metrics, report on outcomes, and continuously optimize strategy
  • Stay on top of LinkedIn best practices, algorithm updates, and social media trends to keep Lusha ahead of the curve


Requirements
Here's what we need from you

  • Excellent English speaker with exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience managing and growing a LinkedIn channel (bonus if it's in a PLG company)
  • Advantage - proven experience managing other social channels: YT, TT, FB, IG, Newsletters, etc.
  • Highly creative with a knack for making complex ideas easy to understand and engaging
  • Naturally curious and proactive-someone who loves uncovering hidden stories and turning them into scroll-stopping content
  • Organized and structured, able to juggle multiple projects while keeping a tight and consistent posting schedule
  • A confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and connecting directly with customers and users and C-Level executives as well
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing channels and formats performance and making strategic adjustments
