Job Overview :
We are seeking a creative and cult urally connected Social Media and Content Specialist to join our In-House Agency , r eporting to the Creative & Culture Hub Lead . You will be responsible for connecting some of the most world's most iconic brands with Gen Z 7 growth audiences , through culturally relevant and creatively impactful content , across our social media platforms.
You will embed yourself within your partner brand teams , learning the Kraft Heinz brands inside out, constantly thinking of ways to connect them to our target audience trough relevant and engaging culture first content, delivered through our social media channels (& beyond!) .
You will constantly have your eye on the next big thing in internet and social media culture, identifying emerging cultural trends and leading the charge creation of culturally relevant content ; either on your own or in partnership with our network of content creators and producers.
You will connect with the strategy community, to ensure all the content we produce delivers against marketing and brand objectives & playbooks .
You Take ownership of the planning and execution across our content work streams, delivering plans that are on strategy and on trend and executed through the day-to-day management of our social media channels .
You are the go to person when it comes to anything social, culture & content, bringing the latest and greatest opportunities trends and ideas to your brand team counterparts.
Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge of creating, shooting and editing content : someone who is comfortable in front of the camera , as well as behind it is preferred!
Experience using generative AI tools in the content creation process , would be great.
Ability to create memes and design assets , using design software of choice.
Comfortable giving creative direction to content creators and production partners.
Experience managing and engaging with a social community for a large brand or successful personal account.
