We're looking for a culturally attuned Social Content Creator to craft both planned and reactive content that keeps our iconic brands at the forefront of culture. This role is for someone who loves social media, thrives on creating thumb-stopping content, and can spot cultural trends in real time. This role will help expand capability in the team by managing our onsite production studio with food photography, social media video/images, lifestyle content and ad hoc requests from the broader business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, shooting, and editing digital content for TikTok, YouTube, I nstagram, Facebook (reels, stories, posts, long form)


  • Expert in filming and editing fit for format content across static and video


  • Trafficking content through relevant approvals and implementation within social media scheduling platforms


  • Staying up to date on trending topics related to our brands and food; to support creative ideation


  • Willingness to test the boundaries and bring new thinking on the type of content that engages our consumers most


  • Management of in-house production studio space


  • Collaborating with broader Kitchen team on delivering brand content briefs


  • Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals


About you:

  • 3+ years experience with agency, inhouse or strong portfolio from relevant freelance work


  • Social media experience across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok


  • Experienced in A dobe creative suite to edit for static , animation and video


  • Interest in food content with an eye for styling and composition


  • Passionate about social media and trends with strong understanding of content creation best practice


  • Experience with using basic production equipment - camera, LED lighting, backdrops, etc (preferred)


  • Some knowledge of graphic design and animation (preferred)


  • Experience overseeing aspects of food photography shoots, styling and prop management (preferred)
