Adtaxi is seeking a Social Campaign Manager to execute paid social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, focusing on strategic planning and ROI optimization, with proficiency in Meta Business Manager.

What you will do:

  • Execute paid social media marketing campaigns for a variety of clients across Meta, Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat

  • Gather assets in Salesforce, auditing the assets and setting up social campaigns in platform

  • Clearly understand and communicate the needs of an advertiser into a strategic plan created for their performance goals

  • Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget

  • Understand advertiser goals, market position and expectations to tailor a digital strategy

  • Extend optimization and strategic efforts beyond click-through rate, utilizing our suite of customized conversion tracking and analytics tools to focus on advertiser ROI

  • Focus on advertiser ROI setting and beating benchmark returns month over month

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Tag Management

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent working experience

  • 1+ years of Paid Social Media ad buying experience; serious about managing paid social campaigns on several platforms

  • Have extensive Meta Business Manager experience

  • Enjoy ‘getting into the weeds’ about paid campaign strategy and analytics

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, along with excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and show strong attention to detail

  • Possess exceptional time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple and ongoing tasks

  • Have agency experience or similar background working with multiple advertiser accounts

The annual salary is $53,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

The majority of our roles are 100% remote excluding Production & Circulation although some roles require customer visits or occasional in office work. We do not have any intention of returning to an in office environment/culture.
