About the Role  

We are seeking a Social Account Manager to join our team—someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of social-first campaigns. This role requires a dynamic individual who combines strong account management skills with a strategic mindset for social platforms. You’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver integrated, impactful, and innovative social solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do 

  • Account Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with precision and efficiency.
    • Build and nurture client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Social Strategy & Influencer understanding:
    • Develop and execute social-first strategies aligned with client goals.
    • Stay ahead of social media trends—particularly TikTok, influencer commerce, and emerging platforms—to drive innovative ideas.
    • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure social content aligns with broader brand objectives.
    • Identify and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring authentic brand alignment and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Need  

  • 6+ years of experience in account management within a social agency. 
  • Proven track record working on social-first campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, influencer marketing, and the evolving social content landscape.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
