Job Title: Assistant Manager, Systems (Systems and Security)
Job Responsibilities
- Hands-on management of all Keppel DC sites to ensure that all parts of the technical Infrastructure (Systems – Windows /Domain controller, Networks and Security) supporting the Building Automation Applications and Industrial Controllers .as per KDCH OT (Operations Technology Standards) .
- Provide technical operational support on the current Technical Infrastructure supporting (VMWARE/Windows). BACKUP/Recovery and Windows Domain Controller with Integrated knowledge on OT LAN/WAN/Cyber Security Technical Controls like Firewalls Administration following proper Incident Management/Problem Management Process.
- Technical Project Management of any IT & OT initiatives (e.g., Office 365, Video conference, Industrial Controls IT for Mechanical & Electrical facility control systems & Cyber Security rollout as part of Corporate IT)
- Perform routine proactive server maintenance activities including Windows /Linux patching (both upgrades and security patches) and maintain backup/recovery.
- Maintain the updated documentations of servers/storage/Backup/DC LAN/Security/ and Configuration details. Develop processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment.
- Build servers/Storage/Backup/DC LAN/Desktops based on the standards and designs developed by working closely with the project team to gather and interpret specifications for Server Hardware and Software.
- Assists with input on new or upgrade server/Storage/Backup ,/DC LAN/Security projects. Support the analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new and existing computer systems.
- Support any DC certification Process and Corporate Audit team for any certification and audit works
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related Engineering degrees or equivalent professional experience.
• 8-10 years In-depth experience in MS Windows, VM, ADS/Domain controller and Azure Cloud platform along MS Security products in systems Integrator or Service Provider environment
• 8 or more years of experience with the Design, Implementations and Operations critical monitoring/control systems and support for critical facilities covering the following technologies.
(i) Working knowledge and experience with an IT-OT-OT Systems in a
Critical, DATA CENTRE Environment. HP/DELL servers, Windows OS,
Domain controllers, Azure Cloud system Admin, HP/Dell Storage,
Enterprise Backup Software as Primary – Weightage 60%,
(ii) Windows Patch Management and Backup /Recovery – Weightage
10%,
(iii) VMware Administration – Weightage 15%,
(iv) Cisco Core/Server Access Switches, Fortinet, Pal Alto Firewalls/
Windows Server/ADS server Administration – Weightage 10%,
(v) ICS OEM Vendor Digital controls sys tems – Weightage 5%
• Experienced in Enterprise IT Systems (Server and Desktop) & OT Networks and Systems supporting OT Applications (BMS/CCMS/EMS/DCIM).
• In-depth skills on DC Networks (DC LAN, WAN, Office WIFI, Firewalls). Responsible for estimating, planning and implementing networks with Vendors/Systems Integrators on the DC • IT systems hosting OT Applications, Administration and operations of Windows/ADS IT systems, Server & Storage (VMWARE), Enterprise Backup/Recovery Software operations knowledge.
• Basic end to end Troubleshooting skills on Data Center LAN / Cyber Security Technical controls like Firewalls/WAN.
• Must have the ability to work collaboratively with other DC Facility operations teams as well as non-technical leadership in gathering requirements and coordinating activities with the Vendors/Systems Integrators based on the project scope and deliverables.
• Any Industry certifications like Azure certifications
