Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure seamless IT operations.

Diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Maintain and update technical documentation, including incident reports, user guides, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.

Perform routine system health checks, software updates, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.

Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, networking, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) tools.

Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an advantage.

Proficiency in Thai and English for effective communication.

Strong problem-solving abilities, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
